Ms. Faddis founded Grace Capital in February 2006. She is the lead portfolio manager for the firm’s equity and balanced investment strategies. Prior to Grace Capital, Mrs. Faddis worked at Nichols & Pratt as Director of Research, at Putnam Investments as a Global Equity Research Analyst and at Deloitte & Touche as an Auditor and CPA. She has over 18 years of investment experience. Cate is on the Board of Overseers for the Children’s Museum of Boston, a member of the College Club of Boston, the proud mother of twins and an amateur beekeeper. Ms. Faddis graduated from the College of William & Mary and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Ms. Li is a Portfolio Manager and the Director of Research at Grace Capital. Prior to joining Grace Capital, Jane was a Partner and senior Equity Analyst at Monarch Partners Asset Management and a Fund Manager and Equity Analyst at Fidelity Investments. She has over 15 years of investment experience. Jane is on the Development Committee of the Ellie Fund and a Trustee of the Board for Boston by Foot. In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending quality time and traveling with her husband and son. Ms. Li graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Mikol is an Investment Analyst at Grace Capital. Prior to joining Grace Capital, Shawn worked as an equity trader at Chimera Securities and as an assistant trader at SMB Capital. He is a member of the Boston Securities Traders Association (BTSA) and the Market Technicians Association (MTA). Shawn successfully completed level II of the CMT designation. In his spare time, Shawn enjoys playing ice hockey and golf. Mr. Mikol earned a degree in Finance from the State University of New York at Albany.
Mr. Nasir is a recent graduate of Coventry University (U.K.) with a B.A. in Finance and Investment. He has held several industry internships and has completed Level 3 of the CFA.
Operations and Administration
Dr. Faddis serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Marketing Director for Grace Capital. Before joining Grace Capital, David was the Director of U.S. Operations for two global nano-technology corporations, Nanosurf, Inc. (Switzerland) and Park Systems, Inc. (Korea). He was also a product marketing engineer at KLA-Tencor. Dr. Faddis has over 19 years of experience and brings a wealth of understanding about industrial processes and technology. In his spare time, David is an endurance runner, and recently competed in the Boston Marathon. Dr. Faddis graduated from the College of William & Mary with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemistry. He earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from the University of Akron.
Ms. Lemmo serves as an assistant on Grace Capital's Operations and Compliance Team, performing the many critical, detailed, administrative tasks required by our compliance program. She is the primary contact with the firm's outsourced CCO, and she also serves as the office manager. Sarah has 12+ years of office experience, stemming from a vast range of prior positions in Education, Real Estate, Advertising, Civil Law, and Medical Billing. She earned her BA in English with a Management minor from Rhode Island College and her Paralegal Certficate from Curry College. She begins her MBA courses in 2018. In her spare time, Sassi enjoys karaoke, sailing, dancing, and architectural vacations,
Ms. Cruz Frias serves as an assistant on Grace Capital’s operations and compliance team, performing the many critical, detailed, administrative tasks required by our compliance program. She also serves as a general office assistant. In her spare time, Diana enjoys health & wellness activities. Ms. Cruz Frias is a graduate of the Lynn Vocational Technical Institute.
